Baily Garner (Health & Safety) Ltd was established in 1995, originally a small in-house team of construction design and management (CDM) planning supervisors and part of a multi-discipline architecture and surveying practice. Over the years Baily Garner(Health & Safety) Ltd has grown and developed to embrace all areas of health and safety and we are now an independent specialist risk management consultancy, part of the PIB Group, and offering a ‘one-stop shop’ for all health and safety needs and services, not only to the construction industry but to a range of industries across the UK, including the hotel, education, housing, leisure, retail and commercial sectors.

Our expert team hold commendable professional qualifications and our experience is second to none. We provide a practical and friendly approach to ensure our clients meet and comply with their statutory duties and obligations. Our key staff are members and chartered members of the Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH), the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management (IIRSM), the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), the Association of Project Safety (APS), and the Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA). We are also a member of the Occupational Safety and Health Consultants Register (OSHCR).

We hold key corporate memberships and accreditations with CHAS, Construction line, Safe Contractor & Safe PQQ, CQMS, APS, British Safety Council and RoSPA. We hold BSI 45001 and are a CIOB Chartered Building Consultancy.

We are London based at the head office of the PIB Group at 1 Minster Court, Mincing Lane, London EC3R 7AA. Our team works extensively throughout the UK, and we have established resources and IT systems to ensure that we deliver on all our schemes efficiently and effectively regardless of location. We have completed more than 6,000 schemes and have been involved in a variety of projects and values from £1,000 up to £200 million.
