I am Associate Director / Project Team Leader / Principal Designer / CDM Advisor at Baily Garner (Health & Safety) Ltd. I started working here in October 2006 after graduating with a BSc (Hons) in Environmental Management. It was through my studies that I developed an avid interest in health and safety and I have been extremely fortunate to work at Baily Garner (Health & Safety) Ltd which has allowed me to develop as a Health and Safety Advisor as well as building on my knowledge of environmental management by developing services in environmental management systems and auditing.

My role involves delivering health and safety advice to clients, carrying out health and safety inspections and audits for a variety of organisations in different industrial sectors, as well as carrying out the role of Principal Designer and CDM Advisor on construction projects.

In addition to Associate Director, I am a member of the management team and a project team leader. My other responsibilities include managing our in-house health & safety management system and maintaining our 45001 accreditations.

The best thing about working at Baily Garner is the fantastic and passionate team we have. I work away from the office the majority of the time but it is always nice to connect with everyone in the office. We have an excellent team that are as happy to help each other as they are to help our clients.
