I joined Baily Garner (Health & Safety) Ltd in January 2023, having previously worked in Operations/Logistics for 6 years I was ready for a change and a new challenge. 

I am now part of the Business Support Team, and work very closely with Emma Charter, the Business Manager which has enabled me to learn new skills, as well as utilize and develop existing ones.  My role is varied with no two days ever the same which is something I love. I am involved in a number of tasks including updating our website, creating our business newsletters, assisting with PQQ and tenders, fee proposals and much more. 

I have always been a very outgoing and creative individual, and it is very exciting to be a part of the marketing team where I have already learnt so much. Everyone in the team has been so welcoming, meaning I have settled in very quickly and easily. I am looking forward to what the future will bring as part of this amazing company and team.
