I joined Baily Garner(Health & Safety) Ltd in January 2022, with a NEBOSH National General Certificate and 6 years of being a time served installation electrician behind me. I hope to further develop my knowledge, skills and experience over time with the ultimate aim of becoming chartered with IOSH.

During my first month I have learnt so much under the close supervision and guidance of Mel Smith.

As a Graduate Health & Safety / CDM Advisor, I work closely with Mel to help new and core clients as their Client CDM Advisor whilst Paul, Vicky & Nigel fulfil the role of Principal Designer, providing their guidance and wisdom to ensure we continue to deliver a high quality service while I am learning the ropes. In addition to this I also attend site inspections with Nigel, our in-house Site Inspector, where I am gaining a thorough insight into a variety of different construction projects from basic internal decoration projects to demolition and façade retention schemes, to large new builds.
