I joined Baily Garner (Health & Safety) Ltd in 2018 with a BSC in Chemistry with Pharmaceutical and Forensic Science and 4 years previous experience in Hazardous Waste where I gained a NEBOSH General Certificate. I have learnt so much since joining the BGHS team, from deciphering acronyms to knowing how to read detailed construction drawings, an ongoing challenge!

I am now a Project Team Leader / Principal Designer / CDM Advisor with my own projects. II also attend site inspections with low risk, acting on behalf of our clients to ensure compliance with the Construction Design and Management Regulations and work with our Site Inspector on major risk projects, where I am gaining a thorough insight into a variety of different construction projects from basic internal redecoration projects to large demolition and façade retention schemes. My aim is to build and expand my knowledge and experience further with the NEBOSH Construction Certificate and ultimately to become chartered with IOSH.
