I joined Baily Garner (Health & Safety) in January 2023, having completed a NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety. I hope to further develop my knowledge, skills, and experience over time with the aim of becoming chartered with IOSH.

During my first few months as a Graduate Health & Safety / CDM Advisor I have worked closely with Adam, Harriet, and Esther to help the team deliver our core Principal Designer and CDMA services.

I also regularly attend monitoring inspections with our site inspectors Nigel and Jonathan through which I have already gained tons of valuable insight into the construction process and the projects I’m involved with on a daily basis.
