I joined Baily Garner (Health& Safety) in October 2022, with a BSc (Hons) in Architecture, NEBOSH general Certificate in Health and Safety and 1 years’ experience in team leading. I hope to further develop my knowledge, skills and experience overtime with this company by completing the NEBOSH Construction Certificate, liaising closely with Principal Designers and getting out on large scale construction sites.  

During my first 6 months I have learnt so much under the close supervision and guidance of Adam Smith(PD), Sharon Conradie (PD) and Nigel Raines (Site Inspector).

I'm looking forward to developing my career at Baily Garner H&S, working closely alongside PIB Risk Management, and developing my skills, knowledge and experience to provide to our clients.
