Team Spotlight - Adam Smith

Adam joined BGHS in 2021. He has a long and diverse health & safety career and vast experience as a Principal Designer / CDM Advisor, with many years project experience working with a wide variety of clients and construction projects. His project experience ranges from newbuild residential, commercial and office space, redevelopment of urban and brownfield areas, refurbishment of internal and external areas of properties to construction of bespoke residential properties and ground remediation works. By joining BGHS Adam has broadened his knowledge base and enjoys working with his clients and projects, including being directly involved with the quarterly maintenance night closures on Tower Bridge on behalf and in conjunction with the City of London.

Adam has settled in well with the wider BGHS team and has established his own team that will be expanding over the coming year. Adam enjoys working with the entire Baily Garner H&S team where everyone goes out of their way to be supportive and helpful and provide the very best service to our clients. Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his family, camping, music, walking the dogs and assisting with the family business.
