Accoustic, noise evaluation
The Hospital is a new purpose built luxury boutique hospital in a prestigious area of London. The Hospital has styled interiors comparable to a boutique hotel. The hospital has 17 private rooms, 4 operating theatres and an ambulatory care unit in addition to kitchen and other ancillary areas.

Commissioned to act as principle asbestos consultant within the project team, responsible for the identification of asbestos containing materials (ACMs), the supervision of asbestos remediation to enable the construction phase of the project and to provide all necessary advice and guidance to all other stakeholders.
Providing training to site managers/supervisors who have responsibility for managing H&S on site
The SWMP (Site Waste Management plan) was carried out under the requirement of the Site Waste Management Plan Regulations 2008 which requires any client carrying out a construction project on site with an estimated cost greater than £300,000 to prepare a SWMP.

The 78- home estate is a joint venture between Optima Housing Association, Birmingham City Council and the Government’s Homes and Communities Agency - which backed the scheme with £2 million funding.
Monitoring, inspections and audits
This new build centre will provide temporary accommodation, support and training for homeless people. The construction project also had to deal with the likely risk from unexploded World War II bombs and impact on programme due to an archaeological dig for Roman artefacts.
