Bridge Masters House

The Grade 11 Bridge Masters House re-development is located within the Tower Bridge conservation area and within the curtilage of the Bridge itself. The renovation and refurbishment included the existing Bridge masters house and associated workshop buildings, and the new build extension along with a new glazed courtyard to form a new restaurant. In addition, the existing unused basement reservoir will be utilised by converting into a commercial space and wine bar. BG(H&S) Ltd were appointed by the City of London to provide CDM Coordinator and CDM services for the redevelopment as part of the master plan for the regeneration of the south bank area.
